Challenges
Backend Integration
Integrated complex backend APIs across multiple workflows, ensuring data remained accurate and synchronized throughout creation, editing, approval, and publishing processes. Built reusable components and data handling patterns that simplified ongoing development.
User Experience
Designed interfaces that reduced friction despite the complexity of supply chain compliance. Focused on clear information hierarchy, streamlined workflows, and minimizing unnecessary user interactions through thoughtful UX planning and wireframing.
Client Acquisition
Many potential Impact ID clients would prove difficult to convert to users as our product's pricing model remained ambiguous. Changing client outreach strategy to center around client needs as opposed to product capabilities was critical to obtaining client understanding of our product and as a result, increasing conversion rates.
